Every blend on BuildaTea can be made as a lab sample first — 14 g or 50 g (10 g or 20 g for matcha), made to your recipe and shipped to your desk. Order as many versions as it takes.
Every dollar comes back. When you move to production, everything you spent on samples, shipping included, is credited to your production orders — up to $100 off each order until it is all returned.
To claim your credit, create an account with the email you ordered your samples with. Your sample orders link to it automatically. Then ask for the credit when you place your production order.
Is my sample identical to the production run?
It is your exact recipe. Production blends are made from the manufacturing site's own ingredients, so before your first run we send an approval sample from the production lot, and nothing ships until you sign it off.
